Rockwell Collins to support Mesa Air Group

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (June 18, 2004) - Rockwell Collins (NYSE: COL) and LogisTechs, Inc., have entered into a 10-year spare parts service agreement to support the Mesa Air Group Inc.  Collins Aviation Services (CAS) will perform repair chain management of Collins and non-Collins rotable components on Mesa’s CRJ 200 regional aircraft at a fixed rate per flying hour.

This is part of an overall agreement between LogisTechs and Mesa that was announced yesterday, under which LogisTechs will own and provide spare parts management for Mesa’s fleet of regional aircraft.

Rockwell Collins will provide guaranteed repair performance levels to support Mesa operations.  Initially, this agreement will cover Mesa’s fleet of 54 CRJ 200 aircraft.  Other aircraft types are targeted to be added to the agreement within the next 12 months.
